The degree program of Communication Design at Mainz University of Applied Sciences has its own website. To emphasize the students design work, to represent the values of our degree program and to gain more attention, this website was relaunched by our class.

After conducting interviews, competitive analysis, and creating personas and site maps, we developed design concepts in groups of two students. Those concepts were later pitched to a committee and our groups' concept was chosen and then fully developed by the class. In the end, we had a new simplified and plain-looking website, which highlights the students' design works.

In order to pass on the guidelines to the agency that implements the project, we have also created a design manual that contains all specifications. I later worked as a student assistant on implementing the project and the final result and can now be found under: https://kd.hs-mainz.de/.
